Member benefits
Show your membership at write-up
  • Towing with repair at our shop
    Free tow up to 25 miles in connection with qualifying collision repairs at our shop. Towing beyond 25 miles may cost extra.
  • Rideshare drop-off & pick-up
    A rideshare home (or to another local destination) at drop-off, and back to the shop when your car is ready, up to 15 miles each way. Longer trips may cost extra.
  • ADAS scanning report
    Electronic scan and summary of your vehicle's electronic systems, including trouble codes (DTCs), system status and any ADAS alerts at the time of the scan.
  • Vehicle inspection
    Inspection checklist to spot visible defects and potential mechanical issues, including fluids, brakes, tires and suspension.
  • Member repair labor
    Discount off the shop's posted door labor rate on customer-pay (non-insurance) collision repairs. The rate and member discount are posted in each office.
  • Member discounted parts
    Discount on OEM parts, based on dealer invoice MSRP, for customer-pay (non-insurance) collision repairs. Aftermarket, used and recycled parts are not discounted.

Auto deductible reimbursement
per loss, up to 2 per year, when your insurer pays the claim
  • Collision or comprehensive claims your auto insurer approves and pays.
  • You and your household family — spouse or partner, and qualifying children and dependents living with you.
  • Owned, rented or leased personal vehicles on your auto policy.
  • Repair at our shop — or another licensed shop with approval if you're more than 100 miles away.

How to file a deductible claim
Within 90 days
Report the claim and request a claim form.
Within 180 days
Mail the claim form, your auto policy and your insurer's payment showing the deductible.
Get paid
Reimbursed once proof of loss is received.

Claim contact details are in your Member Portal and on your certificate.

Who's covered
  • You, your spouse or domestic partner, unmarried children under 21 (under 23 if a full-time college student), and dependents with documented disabilities who live with you.
  • Family members who don't live in your home are not covered.
  • Vehicles you own, rent or lease that are insured on your personal auto policy and licensed for public roads — cars, SUVs and pickups.
What's not covered
  • Claims your insurer denies, waives the deductible on, or that don't exceed your deductible.
  • Commercial or for-hire vehicles.
  • Motor homes, mobile homes, RVs, campers, trailers, ATVs, motorcycles, or vehicles seating more than eight.
  • Losses from any dishonest, fraudulent, criminal or illegal act.
  • Repairs done elsewhere without prior approval from the program administrator.
Using your member benefits
  • Present your membership at service write-up at a participating BCC Group location.
  • Member benefits have no set limit and are subject to availability at each location.
  • Member labor and parts pricing apply only to customer-pay, non-insurance collision repairs — not to insurance repairs, deductibles, taxes, fees, storage or admin charges.
  • Can't be combined with other offers, coupons, promotions, discounts or memberships. No cash value. Taxes apply.
  • Not valid for any claim, service or repair from before you purchased the membership.
Membership terms
Price & term
$60 for 1 year or $120 for 3 years, paid up front. Starts on your purchase date; protection applies only to losses during the term.
Benefit limits
Protection claims (deductible reimbursement) are limited to two (2) per membership year under the provider terms. Member benefits have no set limit and are subject to availability at each location.
Renewal
Renew before your expiration date to stay active. If not renewed, the membership ends at the end of the term.
Refunds
Cancel anytime. Refunds are prorated for the unused days in your term, less any benefits received or claims paid.
Eligibility
Active members in good standing. Personal use and personal vehicles only — not commercial, fleet or business-use vehicles.
Changes & termination
BCC Group may change the program at any time and may end a membership for breach, fraud, misuse or member conduct, with notice to your mail or email on file.
Protection benefit
The insurer may cancel protection for non-payment, fraud or regulatory reasons with written notice. Disputes with the insurer go to binding arbitration; class actions are waived.
Repair work & liability
Repair warranties are the repair facility's responsibility. BCC Group's liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current term.
